I am passionate about working with women navigating anxiety, over control, eating disorders, OCD, relationship challenges, perfectionism, and major life transitions. I strive to create a space that feels honest, grounded, collaborative, and authentic — one where you don’t have to show up perfectly to be supported. I believe healing is not about containing our humanness, but learning to embrace all of the parts that make us who we are.My approach integrates family systems perspectives, DBT, RO DBT, and CBT to help clients build insight, emotional flexibility, healthier relationships, and greater self-trust. I believe healing happens not only through understanding ourselves more deeply, but through practicing new ways of relating to ourselves and others.I am committed to helping clients build lives that feel aligned, meaningful, and fully lived. Therapy can feel vulnerable, overwhelming, or even awkward to begin. My goal is to create a space that meets your needs in this season of life while helping you feel both supported and challenged as you move closer toward your whole self.
