I believe therapy is a collaborative space where you can feel supported, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change. My approach is grounded in openness, vulnerability, self-compassion, and building a strong therapeutic relationship where you can feel safe bringing your authentic self into the room.
Over the past 10 years, I have gained experience working with women and young adults in a variety of settings, including schools, shelters, and higher levels of care. These experiences have shaped my passion for helping clients navigate both mental health concerns and the transitions and challenges that come with different stages of life.
I have a particular interest in working with eating disorders, OCD, perfectionism, anxiety, emotional regulation, trauma, and life transitions. I draw from evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, ACT, and ERP. I tailor my approach to each individual, recognizing that therapy is not one-size-fits-all.
At the heart of my work is the belief that meaningful therapy happens through connection, collaboration, and vulnerability. Together, we can work toward developing greater self-compassion and self-acceptance, building skills to navigate life’s stressors, and creating a life that feels more authentic and aligned with who you are. You don't have to navigate it all on your own.
